Though Insightly is a great resource for contact management, it lacks in other areas. We like the simple design, but wish the rest of the application offered more functionality. We score it an 8/10.

Salesforce is an application with a lot to offer, if you have the budget. Though it is one of the best tools out there, it is most suited for large corporations who can afford the large price tag. Yes, Hubspot is a one stop shop when it comes to inbound marketing. However, it is one of the most expensive tools out there. For large businesses who can afford it, this is a great marketing tool. For small businesses, you may want to look at the less expensive options that are better suited for your needs. We give Hubspot an 8/10 for large businesses.

Batchbook is a colorful application that makes the sales process seem fun and easy. Though it lacks in some areas, we like the general feel and capabilities of the software. We give it a 7/10 for small businesses.

We like the fact that Zoho has a variety of options to help your sales process, but we wish everything was in one place. Because of the difficulty level, we give Zoho a 7/10.

Runner Up “Most Multifaceted”

Like Zoho.com, Leadmaster has a variety of programs to help your sales process. However, unlike Zoho, Leadmaster feels cluttered and messy. We would like to see a better website with less chaos and more focus on the main product. We rate Leadmaster.com a 6/10.

With tips and tools on how to use their software, it is an easy way to get your questions answered quickly and efficiently. We rate Blitz Lead Manager 6/10.

We like how simple and easy to use RainLeads is, however, it can feel a little too simple sometimes. The playful design almost feels childish in comparison to other lead management applications. Depending on your business, you may enjoy the design and find it is exactly what you need. We rate RainLeads 6/10.
